This hotel is a gem. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. Easy access to Plaza Mayor, shops, lots of little bars. Room was well furnished and also very quiet, even though we were close to a bar at street level and our room was on the first floor. Bathroom was excellent. Room was well cleaned once (as we requested). Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it looked very good. Would stay again for sure!

The hotel is fairly new. Both rooms and common areas were nice and clean. However pool area could use more maintenance as it was not as tidy as possible. Also pool hours were extended due to the intense heat but should be even longer as guests enjoy this amenity. Super convenient location which even allows you to walk to the city if you enjoy a long stroll
